Suubty provides AI-powered video translation and dubbing services. Users can upload videos, select target languages, and receive translated versions with synchronized audio in multiple languages.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Credits and Payment

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Each translation job consumes credits based on the number of target languages
  • Unused credits do not expire but remain tied to your account

5. Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload or translate content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Contains adult or explicit content without proper consent
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Misleads or defrauds others

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain ownership of your original content
  • You grant us a license to process and store your content for providing the Service
  • The translated output remains your property
  • You must have the necessary rights to translate and distribute the content

7. Service Limitations

  • Maximum video duration: 30 minutes
  • Maximum file size: 500MB
  • Supported formats: MP4, MOV, WebM, MP3, WAV
  • Processing time varies based on video length and server load
  • Quality of translation depends on audio clarity and content complexity

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee accuracy of translations
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for credits in the last 12 months

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time, but credits are non-refundable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
